Deputy Director and Director of Litigation Melissa Bonfiglio spoke with Erin Miller of WTKR about the increase in habitability issues at rental properties in the Hampton Roads area. The core of the issue, she says, is that there is simply not enough affordable housing in the area, which puts renters in a tough spot when it comes to finding housing that is safe and decent.
