
Deputy Director and Director of Litigation Melissa Bonfiglio spoke with the Pilot’s Trevor Metcalfe about the troubling trend of vacant units in the Young Terrace Community. According to NRHA, there are at least 170 vacant units in the neighborhood. Ms. Bonfiglio spoke before the NRHA Board of Commissioners about the alarming vacancy rate and the newly boarded units which now line Lincoln Street.
