Originally from Tempe, Arizona, Kirsten graduated from Western Colorado University in 2019 with a degree in political science and sociology. She moved out east to Washington, D.C. in 2020 and spent two years working for the federal government before attending law school at American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, Kirsten served as the Senior Editor for Online Publications for the Administrative Law Review and was the Co-Director of Programming for the Student Bar Association. After graduating from law school in 2025, Kirsten settled in the Hampton Roads area to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Virginia Beach Circuit Court. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors through hiking and traveling.
