Spring Community Services Festival

Members of the LASEV team will be available at the Urban League and City of Norfolk’s Spring Community Services Festival to take applications and discuss our program. The event will host workshops focused on finance, health, housing and education. The event is hosted by the Urban League and questions should be directed to Francine Humphrey (fhumphrey@ulhr.org).
