Welton Rouse, our Norfolk Community Advocate, will be present at the Norfolk General District Court docket at 9:00 a.m.
Welton can complete intake applications for Legal Aid services (you must meet our eligibility guidelines), and can assist qualifying individuals with housing searches, accessing healthcare and mental health resources, applying for public benefits, and applying for any available rental or utility assistance.
