Evan graduated from The University of Virginia School of Law in 2024 then joined the Norfolk Office that fall as a staff attorney. Mr. Carcerano practices in the areas of family law, housing law, and consumer protection law with a focus on the communities of Southside Hampton Roads. During law school, Mr. Carcerano received the pro bono award by completing over 500 hours of free legal services.
Mr. Carcerano is a native of El Paso, Texas, where he graduated summa cum laude from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2024. During college, Mr. Carcerano committed himself to pursuing a career as a public interest attorney. In his spare time, he enjoys being outside in Norfolk with his dog.
